Product Return Details:
- You can return any product you've purchased from us, provided it's in its original condition.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Product must not be worn, or used and still have its original tags on
- Product must be returned in re-sellable condition in its original packaging.
Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, you have three options:
- You can receive a refund for the product’s purchase price
- Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange, choosing a different item, size or colour from our collection.
- You may receive a store credit
- Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the date we receive the returned item. Items must be undamaged to receive your refund
- If you need to return the item to us, please contact us for the returns procedure.
